Recently Adobe released its latest version of Photoshop (22.4), which has publicly declared problems with the use of 3D features; so some of our users are having problems with the use of 3D-based mockups. Adobe is working on correcting these complications, but for now we can fix them as follows:
Go to Preferences > Technology Previews and check the item Deactivate Native Canvas, then restart Photoshop.
These steps will allow you to keep using Photoshop's 3D features.
